PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition excellent in weatherability, by which discoloration under environment of ultraviolet non-irradiation can be prevented from being constant while controlling decrease of photochromic performance even after being used for a long time, and moreover speed of colored-to-colorless change of color tone is comparatively fast; and to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition includes: an acrylic copolymer (A) that has a structural unit (a1) derived from an alkyl (meth)acrylate (a1)' and a structural unit (a2) derived from a functional group-containing monomer (a2)', wherein a content of a carboxyl group-containing monomer and a content of a structural unit derived from a primary amino group-containing monomer are each at most 3.0 mass%; a crosslinking agent (B); and a photochromic property dye (C) consisting of an oxazine-based compound, wherein a compounding amount of the photochromic property dye (C) is 0.40-8.00 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the acrylic copolymer (A). |
