<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pendulum-slider pump 1 including an inside rotor 2 attached rotatably. <P>SOLUTION: The inside rotor 2 is connected to an outside rotor 4 via pendulums 3. The pendulum 3 is attached to the inside rotor 2, and guided in a radial direction in the outside rotor 4. The pendulum-slider pump 1 is driven as an electric motor via the outside rotor 4.
