The present invention relates to a five-axis processing machine. A five-axis processing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a column; a slide which is coupled to the column so as to be slidable in the vertical direction; a main shaft driving unit which is supported at the rear side of the slide; and a tiltable spindle module which is detachably coupled to the front side of the slide and receives rotation power from the main shaft driving unit.
