摘要 A method for determining a number of individuals of microorganisms included in a sample using an optical apparatus, comprising steps of: collecting, by the image acquisition unit, light radiated by microorganisms which radiate only light of a specific wavelength range and are included in the sample; generating, by the image acquisition unit, an image of the collected image; displaying, by the image processing unit, the image generated by the image acquisition unit on a screen, analyzing each of pixels forming the screen on which the image has been displayed, and classifying a plurality of pixels which belongs to the pixels included in the screen and continuously emit light to be a single object; and calculating, by the image processing unit, a total number of objects classified in the screen.
