摘要 Disclosed is an acceleration and decelerating gear device installed in a hub shaft of a rear wheel of a bicycle, capable of increasing a driving speed and a travelling distance of the bicycle at least twice on average by improving an internal structure in a method strengthening a supporting force of a gearshift and increasing a coupling force between compartments, and capable of reducing a size and a weight of the bicycle by forming wheels and a crank of the bicycle small. In a central inner circumference of a ring gear of the acceleration and decelerating gear device for a bicycle, multiple latch locking ports connected to each other to face one direction in a saw-toothed wheel type. A tooth form is formed in an inner circumference of one side of the ring gear of which a diameter is relatively larger. In the gear tooth form, multiple planetary gears are arranged to be engaged to revolve around an inner radial diameter of the ring gear. Linear gears are arranged in central parts of the planetary gears to be engaged. Multiple first latch insertion grooves are formed in a radial outer surface of one side of the linear gear. A first latch and a first latch spring are arranged in the first latch insertion groove. The first latch is arranged to be selectively locked by the latch locking ports of the ring gear.
