The present invention relates to a smart hygiene toilet. The smart hygiene toilet enables water to flow down after a toilet cover is lowered when a user lowers a toilet handle. Therefore, the smart hygiene toilet enables users who cannot recognize a hygienic condition of the toilet to use the toilet in a clean hygienic condition. The smart hygiene toilet automatically flushes water even if the user forgets to flush the water by mistake. When the user sits on the toilet, the water does not flow down even if the user flushes the water in the toilet. When the user sits on the toilet for long time, the smart hygiene toilet warns the user by sounding using a sensor such as a piezo buzzer sounding by determining an insanitary condition. Even if the user left the toilet while forgetting to flush the water of the toilet, the smart hygiene toilet automatically flushes the water of the toilet after a predetermined time. Therefore, the smart hygiene toilet can remarkably provide pleasant hygiene environment for a next user.
