Provided is an ultrasonic diagnostic instrument which is able to display an elasticity image based on a measured value and a Doppler image based on Doppler data without lowering a frame rate. The ultrasonic diagnostic instrument of the present invention comprises: a transmission control unit to control transmission of a push pulse of ultrasonic wave on a biological tissue of a specimen and transmission of ultrasonic wave pulse to detect shearing elasticity wave generated in the biological tissue by the push pulse; a transmission speed calculating unit (43) to calculate the transmission speed of the elasticity of the biological tissue based on an eco-signal of the ultrasonic wave pulse for detecting; and a Doppler processing unit (42) to frame Doppler data based on the eco-signal of the ultrasonic wave pulse for detecting. |
