A liquid blow molding apparatus in which: when a valve mechanism (22) is closed, liquid is circulated between a supply channel (20), which is formed in a support block (12), and a pressurized liquid supply unit (32); and when the valve mechanism (22) is open, pressurized liquid is supplied into a preform (PF) via a blow nozzle (13) from the supply channel (20). In the liquid blow molding apparatus, the supply channel (20) has a shape comprising: a flow channel body section (20a); a domed chamber section (20b) that is formed in a dome shape and connected to the upper end of the flow channel body section (20a); a first port section (20c) that has an upper end coinciding with the domed chamber section (20b) and that extends horizontally from said domed chamber section (20b); and a second port section (20d) that is connected to the flow channel body section (20a). |
