A movable contact (108) slides axially inside a cover cap (34) of the engagement relay (10) of non-conductive material to co-act with two stationary contacts, formed by heads (52) of two axial contact clamps located on the bottom (28) of the engagement relay cover cap. The clamp bodies (56) pass through the cover cap bottom. There is an auxiliary relay for the engagement relay control fitted in a retention (64) of the cover cap, which extends from the cover cap bottom, axially between the contact clamps. Preferably, the clamp bodies extend through an extension of the cover cap.
