The injector has a cylindrical shaped shaft(1) with a first shaft piece(6) connected with the flange(2) without any anchoring element(7). There is a second laminar shaft piece(8) with disc-shaped anchoring element which has a greater diameter than the first shaft piece. The shaft(1) also has a third shaft piece(9) at the distal end whose external diameter and construction is the same as the that of the first shaft.
