RECOMBINATED BOMBYX MORI NUCLEAR POLYHEDROSIS VIRUS EXPRESSING A FUSION PROTEIN OF BACULOVIRAL POLYHEDRINPROTEIN AND CLASSICAL SWINE FEVER VIRUS ENVELOPE GLYCOPROTEIN E2, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE FUSION PROTEIN

PURPOSE: A recombinant Bombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus which expresses a fusion protein(polh delta C-E2 delta C) is provided to produce a large amount of surface antigen E2 of swine fever virus and to develop an animal vaccine. CONSTITUTION: An expression vector contains a gene encoding a fusion protein containing: a polyhedron protein N- terminal region of baculovirus, which is represented by sequence number 1; and surface antigen E2 of swine fever virus, which is represented by sequence number 2. A method for preparing the fusion protein comprises: a step of injecting a recombinant Bombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus to silk-worm larva; and a step of isolating the fusion proteins from body fluid of the silk-worm larva.
