OPTICAL READING BUSINESS FORM AND ITS AUTHENTICITY DETERMINATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve stable reading even by a method of holding a persons's hand over a fixed type optical reading device for reading.

SOLUTION: An optical reading business form 1 is configured such that a reading code print column 3 in which an optical reading code 7 is printed is arranged at a portion of a base material 2 and determination code print columns 4 in which determination codes 8 and 8 for authenticity determination are shielded by shield layers 9 are arranged at symmetric positions with the reading code print column 3 interposed. Thus, even when one determination code 8 is hidden by a user with the hand holding the business form 1, it is possible to determine authenticity by reading the other determination code 8.
