PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new liquid developing electrophotographic device where a developing roller is coated with developer uniformly. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a blade supporting body where plural through-slits or through-holes are juxtaposed and a blade attached to the blade supporting body so as to be extended further from the tip of the blade supporting body. Liquid toner is made to flow onto the surface of the developing roller from the plural through-slits or through-holes provided on the blade supporting body, and also the blade is pressed to the developing roller and levels it, thereby, the developing roller is thinly and uniformly coated with the liquid toner.
