The invention relates to a method for processing images for analysis purposes during which the image is processed as points that are arranged in rows and columns while forming a matrix. In addition, the image is transformed, with regard to one of its axes of symmetry, into a symmetrical image. The invention is characterized in that an image comprised of points determined by their parameters characterizing their colors and obtained by an imaging method, which uses optical light or any other type of radiation, or a given portion of the image is, according to a known mathematical algorithm, decomposed, with regard to one of its axes of symmetry, into a symmetric and an antisymmetric image, and the two images are then displayed. |
