The flameproof rubber-reinforced styrenic resin composition according to the present invention comprises (A) 70 to 100 parts by weight of a rubber-modified polystyrene resin; (B) 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a ring-shaped alkyl phosphonic acid compound represented by the following formula; and (C) 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a aromatic phosphoric acid ester compound: (I) wherein R1 and R2 are independently of each other C1-C4 alkyl and x is 0 or 1.
