<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable deodorization treatment, deoxidation treatment and sterilization treatment of water conventionally requiring a plurality of processes to be performed by using a single apparatus with one time treatment and further to obtain highly clean water with no remaining chemical or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In a continuous production method of clean water, (a) liquid carbon dioxide is charged into water to be treated under pressure with a volume flow ratio of≥25% to water to be treated, (b) the water to be treated to which liquid carbon dioxide is charged is heated to predetermined temperature to make carbon dioxide a supercritical state, (c) the water to be treated after heating is kept in that state for a predetermined time to dissolve components having high chemical affinity with carbon dioxide among odor components contained in the water to be treated into carbon dioxide and further to sterilize microorganisms in the water to be treated, (d) the water to be treated after keeping process is quickly decompressed to atmospheric pressure to separate carbon dioxide from the water to be treated and thereby the odor components and dissolved oxygen are removed from the water to be treated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
