<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage type heat source device having high energy efficiency by reducing the release of heat energy in the case of a non-working condition. <P>SOLUTION: The heat source device 1 comprises a circulation pump 20 and a heating means 21 provided on the midway of a heat medium flow path 3 connected to a storage tank 2. The heat source device 1 transfers into the non-working condition when the supply of heat medium from the storage tank 2 to a load terminal is stopped for at least a certain time. When a remaining amount R, a stirring coefficient C and an average stirring temperature tmix of high temperature heat medium H residing in the storage tank 2 in the non-working condition satisfy predetermined conditions, a control means 6 actuates the circulation pump 20 to start the stirring of the heat medium in the storage tank 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
