PURPOSE: An extrusion and injection molding apparatus for preventing solidification and hydrolysis and a thermoplastic long fiber-reinforced composite material manufacturing method using the same are provided to prevent the solidification or hydrolysis of intermediate materials by injection-molding the kneaded intermediate materials in a mold without being exposed to air. CONSTITUTION: An extrusion and injection molding apparatus(100) comprise an extrusion part(120), an injection part(140), and a valve(160). The extrusion part comprises first and second injection parts(122,124) and a mixing part(130). Thermoplastic resins(115) are put into the first injection part and reinforcing materials(125) are punt into the second injection part. The second injection part is arranged around the first injection part. The mixing part communicates with the first and second injection parts and generates intermediate materials(135) by melting and kneading the thermoplastic resins and reinforcing materials provided from the first and second injection parts. The injection part cuts off the exposure f the intermediate materials in the air and injection-molds the intermediate materials receiving from the mixing part in a mold(170). The valve is arranged between the extrusion part and the injection part so that the intermediate materials of the mixing part can be selectively supplied to or cut off from the injection part.
