The disclosure relates to radio resource management, and more particularly to the manner how it can be provided to a plurality of mobile stations in an access entity of a communication system. The radio resource management can be provided to a first group of mobile stations in the access entity from a first network element and to a second group of mobile stations in the access entity from a second network element.
