OSCILLATING-BODY DEVICE AND OPTICAL DEFLECTOR USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillating-body device stabilizing the oscillating movement of a needle by relatively largely reducing jitter. SOLUTION: This oscillating-body device is provided with: at least one needle 101 or 102 supported to oscillate around a rotation axis 114; and a damper member 107 exerting a damping effect on the oscillating movement of the needle. In oscillation, the damper member 107 exerts a damping effect on the oscillating movement of the needle 101 by the viscosity of fluid existing between the edge part of the needle 101 and a part of the damper member facing thereto. The damper member 107 is thus provided along at least a part of a trajectory face formed of the edge part of the needle 101 in the oscillation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
