PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech processor capable of performing the optimum processing in accordance with the speech signal for a speech signal, and to provide a communication terminal apparatus comprising the speech processor. SOLUTION: A voiceprint extraction part 3 produces a feature data exhibiting a feature of the speech signal. A speech signal processing module 8 processes the speech signal in accordance with processing contents specified by a signal processing parameter. A storage part 4 correlates and stores the feature data and the signal processing parameter. A parameter setting part 6 selects feature data analogous to the feature data produced by the voiceprint extraction part 3 from among the feature data stored in the storage part 4 and sets the signal processing parameter which is correlated with the selected feature data onto the speech signal processing module 8.
