<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding metal mold which can prevent a bend and a crack caused by the shrinkage of a cast part by a simple constitution, and can surely and automatically takes out a molded product by using a robot, and a molding method. <P>SOLUTION: The molding metal mold 1 is provided with at least a fixed metal mold 10 and a movable metal mold 11 which are arranged so as to face to each other and relatively approach to and retreat from each other, and form cavities 30 of prescribed shapes by closing them, and form the cast part 31 by communicating each cavity 30 with the tip of a plunger sleeve 20. The movable metal mold 11 is provided with an extrusion mechanism 7 having extrusion pins 70, 71 for extruding the molded product P, and a shrinkage prevention-part molding part 9 for forming a shrinkage prevention part P1a is provided so as to correspond to the extrusion pin 71 at the cast part P1 of the molded product P. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
