PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: many resources are consumed in image deformation processing.

SOLUTION: An image processing device capable of deforming images comprises: a candidate region setting part for setting a region including a specific image on a target image as a candidate region to be a target of deformation processing; an elimination determination part, for the set candidate region as an object, for determining a region to be eliminated from a target of the deformation processing according to a prescribed elimination condition; and a deformation processing part for deforming images in the region with a candidate region other than the candidate region determined as the region to be eliminated by the elimination determination part as a target.
