According to an embodiment, a particle beam adjustment device is provided with: a position monitor (91) for detecting the positional displacement of a particle beam transported from a beam transport unit, a pair of screen monitors (61, 62) for measuring the position and angle of the axis of the particle beam, correction electromagnets (51, 52) for adjusting the axis of the particle beam by adjusting a magnetic field on the basis of a signal indicating the particle beam axis position and angle measured by the screen monitors (61, 62), and beam scanning electromagnets (71, 72) for irradiating the particle beam onto an object of irradiation. Screen monitor (61) is disposed outside of a therapy room (50), and screen monitor (62) is disposed inside the therapy room (50). |
