The invention relates to a reflector element for solar-related fields, having a sandwich-type structure, said element comprising a reflective panel (1), a reinforcing panel (2) and a layer of foam (3) arranged between the reflective panel (1) and the reinforcing panel (2). The method for producing the reflective element is carried out in a press with first and second approximation means, by means of the following steps: the first approximation means are heated to a temperature T1; a reflective panel is arranged on the first approximation means and reaches the temperature T1; separating means are arranged on the periphery of the reflective panel; a reinforcing panel is placed in contact with said separating means; the second approximation means are heated to a temperature T2 different from T1; the approximation means are approximated in relation to each other, the second approximation means contacting the reinforcing panel and reaching the temperature T2; and a foamable material is provided to fill the space between the two panels, subjecting them to pressure, the foamable material obtaining its final consistency in the form of a substantially rigid layer of foam (3) adhered to the two panels. |
