摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize at a constant quantity the amount of pressurized fluid introduced by each shot in a kneader which kneads the pressurized fluid with molten resin in a plasticization cylinder and exhausts at least a portion of the pressurized fluid, and in a manufacturing method for a molded body of thermoplastic resin by using the kneader.SOLUTION: A pressure control mechanism for controlling the pressure in a plasticization cylinder. The plasticization cylinder includes: a high-pressure kneading zone and a pressure reduction zone. In the high-pressure kneading zone, pressurized fluid and molten resin produced by plasticizing and melting thermoplastic resin are brought into contact and kneaded. The pressure reduction zone is arranged on the downstream of the high-pressure kneading zone. In the pressure reduction zone, the pressurized fluid which is gasified from the molten resin brought into contact with and kneaded the pressurized fluid is exhausted. The pressure control mechanism is connected to the pressure reduction zone, and controls the pressure in the pressure reduction zone to be equal to or greater than atmospheric pressure by introducing inert gas into the pressure reduction zone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
