The present invention addresses the problem of providing a film preparation that enables large quantities of pharmaceutical products to be blended thereinto. The present invention provides a film preparation that contains a film base material, which contains a water-soluble polymer, and pharmaceutical product-containing particles, which are supported on the film base material and which have a coating layer containing a hydrophobic coating agent on the outermost surface of the particles. The content of the pharmaceutical product in the pharmaceutical product-containing particles may be 0.1-95 mass % relative to the overall film preparation. The water-soluble polymer may include one or more types selected from the group consisting of hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose and pullulan.
