The present invention relates to a novel metallocene compound, a catalyst composition comprising the same, and a method for preparing an olefin-based polymer using the same. The metallocene compound and the catalyst composition comprising the same according to the present invention can be used in the preparation of an olefin-based polymer; have good polymerizability; and are capable of preparing an olefin-based polymer of high molecular weight. In particular, if the metallocene compound according to the present invention is used, it is possible to exhibit high polymerization activity even when supported on a carrier; maintain high activity even in the case where hydrogen is present due to low hydrogen reactivity; and prepare an olefin-based polymer of high molecular weight.
