摘要 Provided are a three-dimensional luminous LED point light source and illuminating device, the three-dimensional luminous LED point light source (100) comprising a fluorescent ceramic member (10), light emitting chips (20) and electrodes (30). The fluorescent ceramic member (10) has a front surface and a back surface. The light emitting chips (20) are respectively adhered to the front surface and the back surface of the fluorescent ceramic member (10). The light emitting chip (20) on either surface has a plurality of LEDs (22) electrically connected to each other and having a space therebetween. The plurality of LEDs (22) are closely arranged on the fluorescent ceramic member (10) in an array, and are adhered and sealed at the fluorescent ceramic member (10) via a silica gel and a fluorescent powder (21) or via a resin and the fluorescent powder (21). The electrodes (30) are respectively provided on the front surface and the back surface of the fluorescent ceramic member (10). The electrode (30) is electrically connected to the LEDs (22) of the light emitting chip (20) on the surface where the electrode (30) is located. The LED point light source has a high illumination intensity, a small light emitting volume and closely arranged light emitting points.
