Touch events can be predicted relative to a visual display by maintaining a database of aggregated touch event history data relative to the visual display and from a plurality of touch screen devices. The database can be queried according to a set of input parameters defining an environment for use of the visual display. The results from the querying of the database can be analyzed to predict a set of touch events within the environment and based upon inferences obtained from the results. A representation of the set of touch events can be displayed along with the visual display. |

1. A method for analyzing the usage of a tablet-device application, comprising:
selecting a display of the application to be analyzed; monitoring touch events performed on the display for a plurality of tablet devices; storing the monitored touch events on a database; querying the database for zooming and repositioning touch events performed on the display between two particular calendar dates, at a particular geographic location, and performed by users within a particular age range, resulting in a reduced set of touch events; and recreating a viewing experience on a computer device of an administrator of the application, wherein the recreated viewing experience is based upon a common set of touch-event sequences among the reduced set of touch events, and wherein the recreated viewing experience shows each touch event from the common set of touch-event sequences and the effect of each touch event. |
