Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, device and system for managing transmitting power of a small base station. The method comprises: a first small base station receives measurement reports reported by N UEs managed by the first small base station, each measurement report comprising channel quality measured by the UE sending the measurement report; the first small base station determines, according to the channel quality in the N measurement reports, current average channel quality about the first small base station; and the first small base station acquires, according to at least one of a current load and current transmitting power of the first small base station and the current average channel quality, transmitting power to be used by the first small base station. Transmitting power to be used by a first small base station is acquired according to at least one of a current load and current transmitting power of the first small base station and current average channel quality, thereby reducing interference of the first small base station on an adjacent small base station and a macro base station, and improving the network throughput. |
