The present application relates to a mobile communication technology, and particularly to an Internet service processing method and device, which are used for improving the use efficiency of Internet services. The method comprises: after monitoring a behaviour parameter of a first user, a first user terminal starting a first user account set corresponding to the behaviour parameter; and after determining that a second user terminal exists within a wireless detection range and a second user account exists in the second user terminal, establishing a service channel between the first user account and the second user account, and completing a service operation. In this way, when a user needs to use a certain type of Internet service, a corresponding application program can be effectively and accurately triggered only through a simple operation behaviour, thereby completing a related service operation, so that not only complex operation steps are simplified, but also the use efficiency of various types of Internet services are improved, and the service performance of a user terminal is improved as well.
