PURPOSE: A display device is provided to improve a display quality as a common line is formed into a closed curve to wrap a display unit and a driving circuit unit. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(103) comprises a pixel including a display element. An external input terminal(109) is formed on a substrate. A signal wire(107) is formed on the substrate. A common line(113) is formed on the substrate. The external input terminal is electrically connected to the display unit. The common line is electrically connected to the electrode of the display element. The external input terminal is placed between the common wire and the display unit. The signal wire is not overlapped with the common line.
