PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle restraining device for an unmanned parking lot in which an action condition of the device can be easily checked visually from a side in restraining a width direction center part of a vehicle bottom part. SOLUTION: A flap plate is supported on a shaft 3 to occupy a part under the width direction center part of the vehicle bottom part, and a base end part of an auxiliary flap plate 5a disposed to be parallel to the flap plate is rotatably supported on the shaft 3. The auxiliary flap plate 5a is energized by a spring 9 toward a raised position, and a side end part of the auxiliary flap plate 5a is restrained from rotation toward the raised position by an adjacent side end part of the flap plate. The auxiliary flap plate 5a is rotatable toward the raised position by spring force separately from the flap plate, but its rotation toward the raised position is restrained by the side end part of the flap plate.
