PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional two-stage bicycle parking machine requiring the whole body of a bicycle to be lifted to be put onto the upper stage, which requires too much force for a woman or aged person to use it. SOLUTION: In this manual two-stage bicycle parking facility, a weight is used to form a balancer system for facilitating lifting and dropping of the bicycle. A stopper is provided, so it can be safely stopped at any position.
