PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nano material manufacturing method which is high in degree of versatility of the shape design, ready for very small size, capable of reliably manufacturing nano material, and having excellent reproducibility. SOLUTION: The nano material manufacturing method comprises a step of forming a casting die on a solid base material by using metal oxide nano material forming composition having phenolic hydroxyl group and containing organic compounds of the molecular weight of≥500, a step of forming a metal oxide layer on the mold, and a step of obtaining a metal oxide nano structure by removing the mold.
