PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mobile equipment which can be made small-sized and low-cost by holding a display panel with simple constitution. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal panel 34 is embedded in a frame part 62 and arranged behind a display window 36. A substrate 38 is arranged behind the liquid crystal panel 34. Screw reception parts 56 are formed on a rear cover 14 and the substrate 38 is fixed to the reception parts 56 with screws. Thus, the substrate 38 is fixed to the rear cover 14 and the liquid crystal panel 34 is held while sandwiched between the substrate 38 and rear cover 14 from the front and back. Consequently, any dedicated special member need not be provided to hold the liquid crystal panel and the mobile equipment can be made small-sized and low-cost. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
