PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainproof/windbreak cover for a bicycle, a scooter, and a motorcycle, which protects a rider from wind at the time of cold, solves an unpleasant feeling of rain apparel stuck with raindrops in raining, is convenient and easy to use, and minimizing the resistance of wind. SOLUTION: A part covering the whole is divided into an upper-body cover 1 and a lower-body cover 9, and a covered part is confined to the upper-body and the lower body in a human body, a front portion of a vehicle body, and a front portion cover to minimize the rainproof/windbreak cover. In the rainproof/windbreak cover for a bicycle, a scooter, and a motorcycle, the upper-body cover is included in the lower-body cover, and easily equipped by taking out to be necessary height when required.
