PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for a concealed postcard for obtaining the concealed postcard capable of assuring easiness of peeling operation and reliability of concealment function. SOLUTION: The sheet 1 for the concealed postcard is continuously composed of an address display piece 3 having the same size and a concealed piece 4 through perforations 2 for folding. In the address display piece 3, the expressing surface in folding is the address display surface, and a concealed information fill-out part is provided on the overlapped surface. A belt-like opening part 10 formed with a pair of perforations 9a, 9b is provided on the concealed piece 4, and color is applied on the expressing surface side of the opening part 10. The peeling piece 12 where the peeling processing is applied on the back surface and the usage for the postcard is displayed on the front surface is peelably adhered respectively with a weak adhesive 13 further at the part of the perforations 2 side for folding than the opening part 10, and with a strong adhesive 14 further at the part of the end edge side than the opening part 10. The adhesives 13, 14 are in a non-applying state at the top and bottom ends of the concealed piece 4 and the part corresponding to the opposite side end to the perforations 2 for folding and the opening part 10.
