PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-barrier film which is excellent and improved in adhesion. SOLUTION: A gas-barrier layer containing an inorganic compound, a buffer layer containing a polyolefin as a main component and the inorganic compound incorporated in the gas-barrier layer, and a stress relaxation layer made of a polyolefin are laminated on a substrate film. In the gas-barrier film, the interface region A bordering the gas-barrier layer of the buffer layer and the interface region B bordering the stress relaxation layer of the buffer layer have different metal contents.
