An adhesive type insulation rail fastening structure is provided to prevent the separation of a rail and an insulation screen by placing an insulation mesh and an adhesive between a rail and a fishplate and reinforcing adhesive strength. An adhesive type insulation rail fastening structure comprises a rail, insulation meshes(50) installed to two sides of the rail, fishplates installed to two sides of the insulation mesh, and a fastener penetrating the fishplate and fixing to the rail.
