A purchasing fund loan payment processing terminal device and a program recoding medium therefore are provided to allow financial company to offer new financial goods to pharmacy. A mode confirmation unit(2775) confirms whether the payment mode is the funds on hand payment mode or a purchasing fund loan payment mode. A whole statement generating unit(2760) produces funds on hand payment request statement including cost information about purchasing goods input by an input unit and the card information read through a card interface, and produces the purchasing fund loan payment approval request statement including the cost information about purchasing goods and the card information. A statement transmission unit(2765) transmits the purchasing fund loan payment approval request statement or the funds on hand payment request statement to a server through a network. |
