A remote controlling method for managing and controlling a client PC using an internet protocol(IP) address is provided to inform a host server of an IP address change of a client's PC or an OS layer problem of the client's PC. A remote controlling method for managing and controlling a client PC using an internet protocol(IP) address comprises the following steps. An IP address change is confirmed whether the IP address allocated to a client's PC is changed or not(S600). A specific signal is generated when the client's IP address is changed and the specific signal includes the changed IP address corresponding to identification information of the client's PC(S601). The generated specific signal is transmitted to a host server(S602).
