A winning management system and a method thereof of an online advertisement are provided to offer a larger amount of money compensated for reading an advertisement to a user, thereby activating advertisement reading more, sending a target advertisement, and inducing the advertisement reading actively. Advertiser terminals(B1~Bn) receive member information registered in a server. User terminals(A1~An) have web browsers. An advertisement click/winning management server(ACAMS) receives a bid signal for a particular amount of accumulated money from a user terminal, selects the corresponding user as a winner to give winning money, and executes accumulation of winning money for a next time. An advertisement data posting server posts advertisement data received from the advertisement click/winning management server on a homepage. |
