PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air circuit breaker capable of mechanically precisely notifying a user, that an air circuit breaker performs tripping, by mechanically transmitting and indicating the operation of an actuator. SOLUTION: The air circuit breaker, including a switching mechanism, an excess current trip relay, the actuator, a first link mechanism and a front main cover, includes: a second link mechanism which moves in a vertical direction; a first rotary lever which contacts with the second link mechanism so as to allow moving in the vertical direction or to restrict moving in the vertical direction; a trip display driving spring which provides biasing force that moves the second link mechanism in one direction; a second rotation lever which is rotatably disposed in contact with the one end of the second link mechanism; and a mechanical trip display mechanism having a display that is exposed from the front main cover and exhibits that the air circuit breaker is in a cut-off state and having a force receiver that receives driving force for exposing the display by the second rotation lever.
