PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a keytop plate capable of easily integrating silicon rubber without giving damages to a synthetic resin film. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the keytop plate includes a process of filling liquid silicon rubber A1 into a liquid silicon rubber filling part 401 of a first die 400, a process of mounting the liquid silicon rubber A1 cured through heating on the synthetic resin film 20A after the synthetic resin film 20A is joined onto the liquid silicon rubber filling part 401 of the first die 400, a process of filling the liquid silicon rubber A2 into the liquid silicon rubber filling part 601 of a second die 600, a process of adjusting the first and second dies 400, 600 together so that the liquid silicon rubber filling parts 401, 601 are opposite to each other via the synthetic resin film 20A, a process of mounting the liquid silicon rubber A2 cured through heating on the synthetic resin film 20A, and a process of taking out the keytop plate 10 by removing the first and second dies 400, 600.
