PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle enhancing layout flexibility while saving on a space for an inclination sensor and eliminating the wiring restriction. SOLUTION: A pendulum part 48 of an inclination sensor 44 has an upper side pendulum case 60 and a lower side pendulum case 62 for storing a pendulum member 46. Both cases are fixed by screws 114 to an erected wall 108 in a casing composed of a lower case 32, an inner case 36 and a clear case 38 of a meter unit 12a arranged in a center front part of a vehicle body.
