PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce parasitic inductance of a drive circuit for driving a semiconductor light emitting element.

SOLUTION: The drive circuit for driving the semiconductor light emitting element includes a substrate, a first pattern formed in a first layer of the substrate and electrically connected to the anode of the semiconductor light emitting element, and a second pattern formed in a second layer of the substrate and electrically connected to the cathode of the semiconductor light emitting element. The first pattern and the second pattern are formed overlapping each other when viewed from a normal direction of the substrate.
