ORGANOMETALLIC COMPOUND PURIFICATION

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of purifying crude organometallic compounds by using a plurality of distillation columns.

SOLUTION: Distillations are conducted in first and second columns 15 and 35 having 30 or more theoretical stages. Then impurities relatively more volatile and impurities relatively less volatile than the organometallic compound are effectively removed from outlets 25 and 50, respectively.
