A method for treating the erectile dysfunction in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 comprises the use of the inhibitors of phosphodiesterase type 5. The substitution testosterone therapy is provided. When the level of total testosterone in blood serum on an empty stomach is 12-16 nM, the inhibitor of phosphodiesterase type 5 such as Wardenafil is administered. In addition, Ezerex as L-arginine containing drug is used. |
